By creating an account or using ProfessionalBill ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

ProfessionalBill provides digital invoicing, customer management, inventory tracking, and bookkeeping tools. Features may change or improve over time.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices, taxes, and financial records you create.
• You must keep your account credentials secure.
• You may not use the Service for unlawful activity or to issue fraudulent documents.

4. Tax Compliance

The Service provides tax calculations (including Indian GST) as a convenience. You are solely responsible for verifying correctness and for your statutory tax filings and compliance.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business data and invoices. We retain ownership of the Service, its software, design, and branding.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
